The short version
Huddl AI is a collaboration tool, close to Google Meet. It has plugins for Zoom and other call apps, takes live transcription during a call, and pulls out short moments, clips under three minutes, from the conversation. I designed every screen and every flow in the product.

1stMy First Design System
That screen count is from memory, not a tracked number, I want to be upfront about that.
Meeting people in the calls they already have
Instead of asking people to move to a new tool, Huddl plugs into Zoom and other apps people already use for calls.
01
Join from existing tools
Plugins bring Huddl into meetings people already have scheduled, on Zoom and other call apps.
02
Capture the conversation
Live transcription runs through the call as it happens.
03
Surface the moments
Short clips, under three minutes, get pulled from the transcript automatically, so nobody has to scrub through a full recording later.
Full ownership, start to finish
I designed every screen and every flow in the product. Nothing here was split across other designers.
My first full design system
This was the first design system I built on my own. It had to hold together across more than 1000 screens, shipped in about three months, without slowing the pace down.
What I took from it
Moving that fast only worked because the system existed. Once components and patterns were in place, new screens stopped being new decisions, they were assembly. That is the project that taught me what a design system is actually for.
